Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my gifts to arrive?
(Updated 19/12/2022)
Orders made via free regular shipping after Dec 12 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. All orders must now be placed via Express Post.
Express Post estimated delivery time is 1-3 days (usually the next business day if order is made before 2pm).
Final cutoff for Express Post orders is 2pm Tues 20 Dec.
After that cutoff, we cannot give an estimated delivery time and recommend any last orders be placed as print-at-home or e-cards. (You can choose them using the "card type" dropdown menus on each product page.)
When is the final day to order my gifts by post?
We must receive your orders by Friday 9 December 2022 to help your gifts arrive by Christmas.
Missed the deadline? Don't worry! You can still purchase e-cards or print-at-home cards, which will arrive straight to your inbox within minutes.
How much does postage cost?
Postage is free for all Everything in Common orders! However, you can choose to make an additional donation to cover the cost of postage at the checkout. It is a big help!
You can also choose to order via Express Post ($10).
Are these gifts tax deductible?
Yes! All Everything in Common gifts represent donations to UnitingWorld and are tax deductible. All additional donations of $2 or more are also tax deductible.
